Shipping

All shipments within Greece are handled through BOX NOW.

Orders are prepared and handed over for shipping within 48 hours after the order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed.

Shipping costs include:

• Handling and packaging costs, which have a fixed rate.
• Transportation costs, which may vary depending on the total weight of the package.

The final shipping cost is calculated according to the characteristics of your order and displayed during checkout before payment.

Please make sure that the information provided when placing your order is correct to avoid unnecessary delays or delivery issues.

Returns

Returns within Greece are also handled through BOX NOW.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back so that we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, and must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Please note that custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return, except when the product arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to the order.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the issue.
